We can get plenty of value in advertising since most of our bluffs will be picked regardless of how good we assess of chance of winning.

We should never bluff for a bad hand when there are many cards to come. We shall consider semi-bluffing which shall allow us to win the pot in 2 ways, our opponents might fold or we may hit a draw. We should bluff at each opportunity when all our opponents test out on previous round of betting. It is also much better, if we have checked on expensive round of betting. Our chances are less if any newly uncovered cards have helped any of our opponents.

We should take advantage of weak players. It is very easy to bluff players who check and express weakness than to bluff players who show strength and bet on preceding round.

Bluffs that come out of nowhere have less chance of success compared to bluffs that represent specific hands such as a straight or flush. So, it is always good to bluff on specific hands. We should work hard to get a aggressive and tight image by playing starting hands which creates fear among other players. We shall attempt to bluff occasionally when all cards are out and we do no have anything.
