ignorant end - when a player is one of the straight and only one particular value will give him the straight and it can still be beaten with a higher straight from another play. Player holds 7c 8s and flop shows 10c Jd Kh

improve - to increase your chances of winning after an exchange of cards or better cards show on the board

inside straight draw -

in the middle - when a player has entered a game they must wait for the blinds to come around to begin play. In some cases player are allowing to place the blind out of order in order to begin play in the next round of poker

in the money - a player who remains in the tournament long enough to be guaranteed prize money

in turn - the player who is expected to make the next action
