Poker Dictionary Terms and Jargon

W wash, wheel, wild card, walk,

walk - when the player who posted the big blind wins the pot through all other players folding

wash - when a dealer places at the cards face down and mixes them up

weak ace - in your pocket cards holding a ace with a bad kicker e.g. Ace hearts, six spades

wheel - a straight from A to five of different suit

wild card - a card which can be used of a value, depending on the rules of the game not used in community poker game
